Term of Services

At iFlair Web Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we endeavor to provide top-class software development and IT services with clear communication and client satisfaction. Nevertheless, we realize that due to some unforeseen reason, a project or service might need to be cancelled. This Cancellation Policy specifies the conditions under which a service can be cancelled, the fees that are likely to apply, and how refunds (if any) are to be processed.

This policy applies to all clients utilizing our project-based, time-based, or dedicated developer services worldwide.

1. General Guidelines

By signing a contract with iFlair Web Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you are agreeing to the conditions specified in this cancellation policy. Cancellation must be made officially in writing to our official sales or support contact by email at info@iflair.com.

All cancellation choices are made transparently and equitably. Refunds, if any, are based on an assessment of the project status, resource utilization, and work done at the time of cancellation.

2. Cancellation of Fixed-Price Projects

For work delivered under a fixed-price contract (milestone-based or entire project delivery):

Prior to Project Kickoff:

In the event of receiving a cancellation request prior to initiating any work (planning, design, development, etc.), we will initiate a full refund minus any third-party transaction fees and administration fees.

After Project Initiation:

If the project is in progress, the refund will be based on:

  • The amount of work already done.
  • Man-hours and resources spent.
  • Deliverables shared.

In these instances, there can be a partial refund, and the project is closed upon completing any remaining work that has already been paid for and deducting project fees.

  • After 25% Completion

If over 25% of the work is done or and milestones have been achieved, cancellation will not be entitled to any refund.

3. Cancellation of Hourly/Time-Based Engagements

For weekly or hourly billed ongoing development services:

  • You can cancel at will by providing a minimum of 5 business days’ notice.
  • All hours already worked and billed are non-refundable.

If a retainer or prepaid hour block has been bought, the unused amount can be refunded on request, minus a deduction for work already done and project fees.

4. Cancellation of Monthly Dedicated Resource Plans

Customers who have engaged developers, designers, or QA experts every month must abide by these conditions:

  • A 14-day prior written notification is needed to terminate an active resource engagement.
  • No refund is applicable for the ongoing billing cycle, but services will run through the end of that cycle.

If cancellation is requested within the first 7 days of engagement and less than 20% of the agreed hours have been worked, a prorated refund may be provided at our discretion deducting project fees.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable in all situations:

  • Services that have already been delivered or partially delivered.
  • Any third-party services purchased on behalf of the client (e.g., hosting, APIs, licensing).
  • Projects left behind by the client for over 15 days without follow-up.
  • Services are provided at discounted or promotional pricing.

6. Force Majeure and Delays

iFlair will not be responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, server crashes, internet breakdowns, acts of war, pandemics, or government restrictions. Under these circumstances, we will do our best to restore service or offer alternative solutions.

7. Refund Procedure

  • All qualifying refunds will be returned to the original payment source.
  • Refunds will be made within 10 business days from the date of final approval.

A processing charge of up to 5% might be levied based on the payment gateway or bank transfer charges.

8. Cancellation Procedure

To cancel a project or service, email info@iflair.com with the subject “Service Cancellation Request” and provide the following:

  • Your full name or company name
  • Project ID or contract reference
  • Reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)

Our staff will examine your request and respond within 48 business hours with follow-up actions.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may revise or modify this Cancellation Policy at any moment without notice. The revised policy will be on our website and become effective instantly.
