Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
    • Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media.
    • Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing target markets.
    • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Schedule meetings with prospects to showcase the company’s expertise and offerings.
    • Nurture relationships with potential clients to build trust and rapport.
  • Sales Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Track and report sales metrics, including calls made, meetings scheduled, and deals closed.
    • Provide regular updates to the leadership team on sales progress and strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in business development or sales (Any Industry)
  • Education: Graduation in any field.
  • Skills:
    • Proven expertise in cold calling and lead generation.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling to global markets.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
